What Sapiens does

Sapiens is doctor-led, continuous care for hair loss, weight loss and everyday health, built for India. Every plan starts with a licensed doctor, not a form or an algorithm, and it does not stop at a prescription — we follow up, adjust your dose, and re-test as your numbers change, for as long as you stay with us.

What happens after you join

Joining the waitlist takes a minute and puts you in the queue for a proper onboarding, not a rushed signup. You’ll get a confirmation email the moment you join, so you know your spot is booked. We open access in small batches, because every new member gets a real doctor consult rather than a bot triage, and that only scales so fast — when your slot opens, we email you directly and there’s no need to keep checking back. Onboarding starts with a short intake about your history and your goals, and your first set of labs if labs are part of your plan. From there, your doctor reviews everything — your intake and your results, if you have them — and puts together a plan built around you, with a follow-up already on the calendar.

Who reviews your results

Every result that comes back is read by one of our in-house doctors, never by an automated flag alone. Our clinical team is led by Dr. V. Tarun Kumar Reddy, MBBS — trained at ESIC and in Mumbai, with US clinical observerships — alongside Dr. B. Akash Reddy, MBBS, Apollo-trained with a background in clinical research. They read your labs in context: your history, your symptoms, your trend over time, not just whether a number sits inside a reference range — and they’re the ones who sign off on your plan.

Expected timeline

We’re onboarding new members in small batches as our doctor capacity grows, and we email each person as soon as their slot is ready. There’s nothing further you need to do after joining — we’ll reach out first.
